This is a journey that Crystal Chemical has taken with its customers. We worked day in and day out to reach as many people as to promote high-quality products at a cheap and affordable price. It caused panic, nobody knew how to take precautions and fear was evident in the way people went by there day to day activities.

Now one year down the line we manage to live with it and we are hoping for a successful Covid-19 vaccination program that will stop the pandemic and put an end to it for good. Kenya took a conserved measure of defense to combat the disease. This included curfews, social distance, and compulsory use of masks in public, business was not as usual. Companies like ours, Crystal Chemical helped the community.

We believed in making a sale for the long term rather than exploit the market price fluctuations, this in turn reducing the constraints on the pockets of our customers that the Covid-19 pandemic caused over this long period. If you are one of our customers this is our story. Together we made this possible, it’s funny when we look back and thinks of those moments. For instance, the constant forgetting of a mask made it feel like we were superheroes. Walking by with fear that not to reveal our identity. It was chaos.

Sanitizers, hand wash, and masks was our trade. With confidence we were able to sell the products, we were in right licensed to sell, and this was a product introduced to the market even before the pandemic. We are proud of the loyal customers that we served through this time, we are with them even now. Our motto is Quality, Affordable, Reliable. Pamoja we shall say tulikomesha Corona.
